Refund Policy – VW Campout

Effective Date: 12/04/2025

At VW Campout, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.

1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

We are a small, independently run event, and your ticket helps us cover essential costs in advance.

 

2. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizers (due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances), full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal). Cash-on-arrival tickets will not be charged.

 

3. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

 

4. No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance unless prior arrangements have been made in writing for exceptional circumstances.
